So it appears to have the stripes, and it looks from another angle that it is disconnected.
I have a VERY strong feeling this has a Jailbar Grille
It is very likely to have a jailbar grille because I can see a resemblance of a jailbar grille in this angle.

Weird that it is out in the middle of nowhere like that. Sure is a shame that whenever we find something possibly rare like this the street view hasn't been updated in 10 years.

It's been inactive for years. Power is cut and the controls and blower are long gone.

Ty Bellfy actually told me it's used for the race track, I'm not sure I believe him, he told me it's wired through the standpipe, but still I'm not sure If I believe him.

Could someone please try to get it?
If I lived in the area, I would try to get it but I don't live in the area. I strongly dislike when Thunderbolts that are left on top of their pole to rust away. It makes me so sad. I saw another Thunderbolt left at an abandoned plant with all the controls and the blower. How sad.
