Found these in Carlisle, PA on top of a church while we had a soccer game at the field across the street. Are these Whelens by chance or just regular speakers? https://goo.gl/UeiSfK

Being on a church, those are likely electronic carillon bells.

Those are just for a carillon setup. They are the same speakers used on the Whelen WS 1000 though.

As for Carlisle, PA, I seem to remember seeing a Sterling M in downtown Carlisle years ago.

On The Siren Archive, there's this picture of a P-10. Does anyone think this was a Three Mile Island P-10?

The P-10 might be for TMI. As for the Sterling, I thought I saw one on the way to the soccer game near West Chapel Avenue, but I couldn't find anything on street view.

Also, I figured they were for carillon bells, but I wasn't sure about the Whelen part.

I found the Sterling. This building appears to be the old fire station.

EDIT: I found a Model 5 at another fire station.

The Borough of Carlisle at 1 time had 5 fire departments, the two shown are the Federal Fire Siren at the former Empire Hook and Ladder Company and the Model 5 at the current Union Fire Company (there is also a Diaphone in the bell tower out front), the only former station to not have a siren at it was the Cumberland Rescue Company who merged with the Goodwill Fire Company when I was very young, that leaves 2 stations.. the former Cumberland-Goodwill Fire Department and the former Friendship Fire Department. Here is a link to the former Friendship Fire Department on North West Street, there is still an old Fedalcode Model 5 in the belltower there.

The Cumberland-Goodwill Fire Department is on West Ridge Street, on the water tower behind their station is their former siren.... I have looked at it several times in person, it looks like a Sterling but the rotors are wrong on it and the end caps are also wrong. I suspect this is a HOR Super Sirex with smaller end flares and no motor cover but I can't say for sure, you really can't see much of anything on Streetview except for 1 blurry end cap sticking out but here it is:

There's also an ATI by the military museum in Carlisle, PA, IIRC.
