Whelen 2910, Farmington, Missouri siren test.

Farmington Missouri has a cool system of Whelen analog 2750's, digital 2800's and 2900's. Another cool thing is that they had a system of Sterling's before the whelens to my knowledge.

Two things:
1) This video is a perfect case study of why live voice is a bad, no good, terrible thing.
2) That wind-down ambiance is incredible, amazing, all around terrific!

Well your right on the live voice....It was aweful but awesome at the same time. I need to get back out there to film them analogs

I wonder how many live voice transmissions sound garbled because of a poor quality microphone or if the mic gain is turned up to the point it's distorted.
