I have not actually been to them on test day. One of the Daleville police officers call the EMA office to confirm they work. To my understanding they are both activated at the same time from county 911 dispatch or the EMA office. It looks like the next Friday I have off from work I'll be heading to Daleville. I'll try to record them.
