Here are some nice photos of an American Signal T-121 in Slinger, WI. If anyone is wondering, this siren is active, tests every Saturday at noon, activates every November 11th at 11AM as well as every SWA at 1:45 PM (it will participate in this year's SWA on Thursday) and goes off for tornado warnings.
