I doubt a drone can get that close to it without getting shot down.

Erm.. a question: did it rotate? Seems it couldn't have rotated without hitting the walls...
It couldn't have. It looks like it was mounted on that side of the tower to point inland.

Back in the days of civil defense, no expense was spared. If a siren needed to be on-top of a 50 story building to achieve optimal sound coverage, you bet your arse it was going on that building.

Now the picture works for me. Good. The white-on-white colour for the Thunderbolt and and building made it hard for me to see as well.
