Well, you do have a point...maybe if they take a 1000(T) down in Bloomington/Normal, IL soon, I could try and get it and see if it's a 1000T.

What? if a Thunderbolt's a 1000T, it's a 1000T.

I don't know completely if they are; I haven't heard a 1000/1000T so I wouldn't know if they are 1000s or 1000Ts.

Oh, well in that case they are more likely to be 1000T's, and of the 5/6 port variety than anything.

Do you need a 4/5 port or 5/6 port?

Good news: I talked with a friend who I knew had a 1000(T) in town, and tried to see if they could obtain it. It'll be there on with mainly big help.

Update time!
Funds have run out for now. Mainly working on little stuff such as cleaning paint up and fixing dents. I found a decent rotator motor and it works fine.

To do
1. RCM1 panel wiring (going to get someone to help me on that)
2. Finish stripping paint and repaint it
3. Wire everything together and run a full power test

Oh and a side note but I had to get a new flange (me and my granddad cracked the old one) and there is no machined tube that goes into the head. Is it fine without it? Or should I try and get another one made and fitted?

Unfortunately, to run it as a unit, you're going to need an RCM1B. The three phase motor starters in your RCM1A won't do any good for the single-phase motors on your blower and rotator.

Can you take some pictures of what you mean by "machined tube that goes in the head?" The only thing I can think of would be the sleeve bearing under the collector rings in the chopper tube. I'm not certain, and I'm a sucker for pictures anyway, haha.

Also, have you decided what color you're going to paint it?

Oh I've gotten all the single phase starters and contactors (Thanks CDV777-1) for the RCM1B. I've had them for a while but never put them together with the fear of blowing it up. I have run the power through them when doing tests per the instructions included with them

I will post pictures in a bit when I get out there to work.

Colors i would like to use would be either Black, Grey or White. If i go with white, I'm going to get decals made to match those of the McGuire Nuclear Power Plant thunderbolts. Example is here: http://www.jmarcoz.com/sirens/huntersville4_nc.jpg and http://www.jmarcoz.com/sirens/huntersville3_nc.jpg

Here is the picture as promised. It's an old one I found on my phone. It's the yellow part in the blower tube.
