my Federal Q Siren

I just got my latest siren, a Federal Q. Im sure some of yall have seen the pics on my FB page. But question is what is the best way to run this? I seen a vid on youtube where the owner used battery cables and used the stand as a ground, but just wanted other opinions if yall could help Id appreciate it
