Sounds like that 1003 has a stuck solenoid.

Same thing I was thinking. As said, it must have a stuck damper/inoperative solenoid.

The only thing I can figure is that the return springs slipped off one of the solenoids last time it was in hi-lo. With the return springs inoperative, the solenoid just stays shut, making the siren single tone. I'm surprised this hasn't happened more often, as only a little notch in a rod holds the spring in place, as there are numerous videos of 1003's with on solenoid not working at all.

thats has to be one of the Best Hi-lows of a Tbolt i have heard and seen.
what s the other siren i hear affter the Tbolt winds down.
cuse if that town has 2 hi- lo sirens i would like to see it.
