This Time it is al about a Fire alarm Horn(Strobe video where someone changes Pitch while the fire alarm is sounding the chime tone.
Aslo the Descrbition box says the Speaker or horn is vibrating the casing.
Even the History or search on Bing has failed no resiults at al. maybe the Video is deletet i dont know
