AKA those old air compressor sirens from Germany. I really like the sound of these, you heard them a lot in videos from Haifa in 2006 during the 2006 Lebanon War. This video features a full cycle of attack, start to finish. Unfortunately the video is very grainy, but the siren is seen on the right side.

I've also found the location of it on google maps!

I love those things! They are amazing, and seem to be pretty darn loud too.

So how are these working? Similarly to a Tbolt with a blower or what?

Sort of, they use pre-compressed air stored in a tank at the base, and the rotor is a disk with four holes instead of a slotted wheel. But yeah the concept is similar.

4j25 the loudnbess of these sirens is about 131 db at 100 feet making these the third ludest sirens in the world. so 1 metres away you have 161 decibel and thats insanely loud.

They're DC operated so hertz don't really matter. These sirens use a petrol powered or diesel powered compressor which are started using a deep cycle battery like a car.
