No, they were replaced by 2001's a few years ago, 50 of them to be exact.

Looks like many have missed the obvious; Site # 18 is marked "Northwest Water Tower" Here's a birds eye view with the obvious just a few feet to the left.

I remember that video and the tower did not have "legs" but is more of a "monopole" type tower with "Irving" on it.
