I guess this is when the sirens ride you. Your performance arts tax dollars at work. Perhaps they can send these folks to towns without sirens during a storm.

When Thunderbolt sirens have nightmares, they have dreams such as this. :)

The real sirens in the Netherlands sound weird enough! I'd like to see the effects of wind loading on these sirens. On the bright side, having one of these strapped to your back might come in handy if you're riding a moped through Amsterdam and someone cuts you off . . .
