No it was the statewide tornado drill that day I have about 20 minutes of me going any minute now I was about to pack up & leave when it turned on.

the voice chip is a bit faulty but funny i kinda like it

AND You got to love the ECHO off the buildings, all of the sirens were supposed to be dual tone but they figured screw it I like it.

What does EOWS stand for? Im guessing Emergency Outdoor Warning Siren but I wanna just firm up with that.
