ok, i fixed it now that i'm back on my mapping computer.
Want to clarify a few things.

2507 Christoval is an Allertor, it's in the feild behind thenhouses on the left side of the screen (if you're facing due North).
72 College Ave. was a Thunderbolt, it's been removed for years now.
There isn't a siren on N Oakes. That siren is a Thunderbolt at the intersection of S Oakes and the alley between Aves H and G. Behind the catering joint.
No idea what's at the University.
I'm too lazy to finish correcting you, so just use this map and be sure you have street names right.
