Kenosha County WI Siren Malfuction's During Snowstorm

On Wednesday the 11 A Kenosha County Siren Got a Power surge From the heavy snowstorm going on at the time and started going off and on. It probley was a P-50 IT was West of I-94. There was high winds and heavy snow at the time The surge probley screwed up the decoder.

No there was not and I looked everywhere for it. I found out from someone that lives in the area
