The Siren Board

I went to the former Allendale JHS when it was called the Education Center (Now called West Elementary), then attended Potters Road Elem before moving to Orchard Park in 1994. I recall the noon siren still being a thing in WS until then. I have heard the Berg Rd siren before, as well as Seneca Hose's siren from Potter's Rd from my days in school.

Sorry about you grandfather; like your family, most of my remaining family from both sides still live in the Buffalo Area.
