For those who will inevitably ask, Central Texas Sirens (Hayden) is a map editor. I would just like to confirm that.

There was an XT22 at the station in my part-time hometown of Alford, MA, but I'm not sure if it was a 2 or 3. It was removed sometime before 2008 after being struck by lightning twice.
Added.
Awesome - couple things I forgot to mention about that one:

The pole, mount, and control boxes for the siren remain at the station and can be seen on street view. I think the chief told me it was formerly a backup CD siren sitting in a garage somewhere in the Boston area, and that's where they got it from.

The Xt22 in Thedford Nebraska has been removed. It was indirectly replaced by a 2001-130.

Tryon and Hyannis Nebraska have 3T22s that are still up last that I know of.

Othello, wa at city hall. Still active. A large number of FS and FE sirens were installed in towns and even random rural areas around Hanford nuke site in the 40s-60s. Most of which were model 5s and 3s.

Hate to break it to you but it looks like it was replaced with a Sentry over 6 years ago\https://www.google.com/maps/@46.8251594 ... 384!8i8192
Sirens may not be sexy, but they sure work.
