Fort Hood sirens during shooting

I was hesitant to post this considering the specific nature of this video, but I figured some might still wish to see it. It's from the recent Fort Hood shooting.

Approximately one minute into the video, several sirens are heard sounding the whoop signal. 45 seconds later you hear the sirens again, followed by a voice announcement.

Those sirens seem to have a similar tone as a Siratone 1212 or 612 in Whoop signal.

Fort Hood is strictly Federal Signal, and I'm putting money on that they have all Modulators, as I seen one in the background of a live report on CBS last Wednesday evening on the CBS Evening News.

If i counted the sounds right, that was at least five of those modulators sounding?
