Nice vids Dillon. Glad you could get your Grandpa to take you to both sirens.

Same here, my grandpa is awesome. Next Wednesday he said he would give me a ride to a Thunderbolt on Denver's test day so look forward to that.

I watched the videos. I liked seeing the 2t22A up close. It made me feel like it was actually infront of me. Nice recordings Dillioncarpenter.

Lol I'm surprised that siren is still intact

BTW, NEVER put your hand near a siren's rotor spinning like that (@ 8:14). If your finger slipped it would have amputated it instantly.

Jason, I myself thought the 2t22A would have been modified but it has not been . I thought that those rotors would have had a lot of momentum in them while they were spinning fast as that. I did get a shock when I saw Dillioncarpenter put his fingers near the rotor.

That scared the hell out of me when you put your fingers near that rotor. Great videos though.

I was seeing how much air it moved when going slow, comparing it to when it was at full speed. Not much. I was CAREFUL that close 'cause like Jason said if I did so much as twitched i would never play guitar again. Also, in the video it doesn't look like it but I didn't go dare past that outer stator ring.
