That is a Carter/Castle casting siren. It is a dual headed siren.

Its a dual headed siren but i don't think its a Carter/Castle because the guy lives in Chile.

Klaxon sirens are sold in South America, but at least one video of a Chilean fire siren mentions that their siren is a WWII Gents from England. Many parts of Chile use 50 Hz. current, so these sirens sound like they should.
