I recorded this back in February, but didn't get to upload the video. Other sirens heard: 1000T @ Ward Ave/Ala Moana Blvd. There is a MOD 3012 about 3/4 mile away, but tall Honolulu buildings block it from being heard at my recording location.

Wow, that is the highest pitched thunderbolt I have ever heard! Sounds almost like an EOWS 612.

I've also noticed that with the other Hawaii Tbolt videos.

Sometimes I really wonder why they set these thunderbolts to the highest of high settings possible over there. That pitch, at peak RPM is just like their new system of modulators (without the dual tone.)

The EM trying to make people rage at the pitch of those sirens after a prolonged test? :|

I can actually hear the MOD. It's a duel tone one, and it winds down at about the same time as that TBolt does.

I hear two other TBolts as well. Do you have any idea which one is the lower tone one?

I remember a video of one of the early electronic sirens, I think it was an early Whelen, and the pitch was so high I don't know why the locals didn't start a riot.

Whelen WS-2000R? I remember seeing a vid of that, it was 90 something decibels at 100 feet. Wow.
