Edina, MO Sentrys going off for a Tornado Warning

I just found this while looking in the area, and is this a Whelen siren?

That looks like a Whelen 4004 or a Vortex to me. However, might be a TV receiver - I doubt that by the left shaping of it.

Here's another video with chaser's taking the same route through Edina. You can hear the one at the fire station is the one doing alert and the one that Adam has a picture of is doing attack.
