The second clip is from Derby, KS which has a big variety of sirens for a town of it's size.

That thunderbolt seems to have some issues as well, noticed an odd fluctuation of pitch on it. Heard an xt22, tbolt and the 2001. There appears to be another siren in that mix I can't put a finger on.

Yes it does, the one that starts up at about 0:13. Sounds like it's having chopper motor problems. It doesn't get all the way to it's peak pitch before it gets stuck.

Derby also has some Model 5s. I think they might be 5ts.

Does Derby sound their sirens independent from the rest of Sedgwick County, or are all of the county's sirens on the same system?

Derby, as well as numerous other cities sound their own sirens. Sedgwick County has an odd system. The Cities of Andale, Bentley, Cheney, Clearwater, Colwich, Derby, Garden Plain, Goddard, Haysville, Mount Hope, Mulvane, Valley Center and Viola activate their own sirens but some of those cities (Cheney, Colwich, Derby, Goodard and Mulvane own one or more of the sirens in their town. In some towns such as Derby, half are owned by the county, and half owned by the city, yet the city controls those sirens. In Shawnee County, the county owns, maintains, and activates all of the sirens.
