Mystery electronic siren with voice

The voice quality sounds sort of like a Whelen, but it sounds like they're playing a recording of a mechanical siren over it. I'm thinking it's either a Whelen or an ATI, but I'm not sure.

Lol, I was just getting ready to post this but looks like you got to it before I did. I researched it a little bit last night and it's actually Federal Modulators playing the Eclipse8 alert tone. Kinda surprised me at first on what it was but now it makes sense.

I googled "Natchitoches siren" and found this...

Then I figured if it was Modulators they must be using the Eclipse8 recording so I compared it with this...

It's exactly the same.

Thanks! I wasn't expecting an electronic siren to play a recording of a modern mechanical siren, so that's why it was throwing me for a loop. The voice quality is pretty good.

The Eclipse 8 sounds a lot like a T-121.
