Problem regardless: they're called OUTDOOR warning sirens for a reason!
You took the thought right out of my brain. They're called OUTDOOR warning sirens for a reason. Apparently whoever told those people in that town what they need for an emergency did a PPJ because I've always been told you should have a NOAA all hazards radio. Interesting video none the less.
Especially that nursing home! They should not be depening on sirens to warn a complex of senior citizens! You would think in a healthcare facility that the state would require some kind of internal warning system.
They can always mount an F-2 in the hallway.
