To me it sounds like a 8 port siren is the 2nd siren and it is rotation almost like a Sentry Defender siren and a 3T22

That's funny that you say that because when I was posting this thread, I began typing 3T22 and Penetrator siren and then I listened to it again and heard the distinct Whelen cutoff winddown and realized it was a Whelen. Unless there's a third siren, but the Defender is so rare so I never actually consider it...

Could be is P-15 single toned. IF it is a P-15 it is 3 phase
