P-10 or P-15?
Resident of a county with big a mixture of sirens, but in the process of being replaced.

Sounds like a P-15 to me, has a quicker windup and the tone hits a little bit higher note than P-10s. I believe that's the first CD Yellow P-15 I've seen, since all others are gray, except for the other coded one he recorded that was red.
