September 16th 2006 Brookings SD tornado

I did not record this, but this was the FIRST time I heard our sirens used for an acutal tornado warning.

I was outside with my neighbors & we noted how it was kinda wierd, we didn't know there was a storm or a tornado until the sirens sounded.

There were two, one south of us (Brookings) & one north of us.
