Sun Nov 25, 2007 3:06 pm

THESE ARE NOT MINE. I found them on http://edenprairieweblogs.org/georgeesb ... e/2007/02/

It said that the "new siren" is just west of the Bent Creek Golf Course
on the north side of Valley View Road.

Nice to see a classic going up over a 2001 or something of the like for a change. Have to agree with Gil though, I aint much on that color. Now that I think about it, there was an Allertor installed in a small farming community (is it big enough to be called a community? about 50-100 people). The county bought two Allertors out of the old Arlington, TX system. One of them is installed there and one is still sitting in storage at the city park at the county barn.

on the second pic, is that glass bolts or something on the rotator housing?
It looks a lot like glass or plastic, but its probably metal.

Its metal bolts and washers reflecting I believe. But you never know with the county I live in.
