Its just ATI style speakers on an odd looking rotational mechanism.

I know but it's supposedly louder which may be true because only two drivers face you in an ati but all four do on this.

Hm, the backs of those drivers look a little thinner than those of ATI.

ATI's speaker drivers can be configured to many installations, so an installation with ATI speaker drivers might be louder; its all in the setup!

That siren is called the HA-416R, and is supposedly of better quality than an ATI. The siren also produces 127dB at 100', and has no exposed wires.
