Used to have an EOWS 612 near my house

So I lived in kind of a weird place. My house was in a small lot of condos that was surrounded by apartments. Almost the whole block was just apartments and the blocks around it, too. Everyday I would walk my dog around the block, and everyday I would see an original SiraTone EOWS 612 in almost mint condition. Every month when they would test the sirens I would hear that sound. I would take videos of this siren (none of which I have anymore) but I just loved that I had that siren there. It wasn’t until late August in 2015 that they removed it. I honestly don’t know why, it was in perfect condition (besides minor discoloration). I’m lucky enough to have a picture of it from 2014, though.

I happened to know exactly what system that was just by it's looks. It was this unit in Fargo, North Dakota. They were replaced with 2001-130s a few years ago.
