well i drove slowly past it and it didn't look like one, and if it is a screamer, then it defo ain't apart of the HMNB Devonport Nuclear Siren System

If the property behind that fence is the dockyard, then that's probably what it's for. If it's part of the current system or not is beyond me.
EDIT just found out that property behind the fence is owned by the navy. I'm not sure if it's related to the dockyard or not.

HMS Raleigh is the Royal Navy training facility. it has nothing to do with HMNB Devonport Dockyard

Will that completely rule out its testing period with their system? I bet that thing doesn't sound at all.

Still houses Trident submarines and it is still a naval base.

Got the Welford locations down- I found 3 ATIs, all of which replaced Whelens between 2017 and 2020. RAF Fairford replaced its sirens with ATIs in 2018 and conveniently enough, that's also used by the USAF. Coincidence, I think not.

Haven't mapped the Menwelth things yet, but it looks as if they're a bunch of speakers on lattice towers- a giant voice system if you will. I'm not too sure what to do with those as of yet.

Got the Feltwell sirens down too.

Up here in brampton bierlow, there is some sirens what go off atleast once a week, might be worth a look, on maps no look so far. Also heard one in Rawmarsh but A could be one near brampton or B from Parkgate (the es2s) also, the siren i can hear could be related to the factories/warehouses down at Manvers

Quick comment regarding the modulators that have been recently added, are you sure they're definitely Modulators? I can see one from street view and it looks more black than white so from what I can see I was thinking it looks more like a Whelen.

It's really depends on the time the street view was taken. If it was taken before the Mods were installed, then that might be your situation right there.

The street view's from 2016 so they could be mods. It might just be the shadows making them appear black though.
