Shame really, they weren't exactly old. I wonder what will happen with them? It would be a shame to see them scrapped as they all seemed in very good condition.

Not really much else one can do with them. Each installation has two heads, one massive controller that's sunk into the ground, and no other siren system that needs stuff in the UK. I wouldn't be too surprised if they went back to the Continent given how fresh they are.

I believe the 2804 located at Octel is actually a 2803.
Sirens may not be sexy, but they sure work.

that so called screamer in Torpoint is just a air vent. the actual Torpoint Siren in here: 50°22'43.0"N 4°13'28.5"W
I've taken photos of the Torpoint siren already.

that humber refinery siren is a WPS-2904

The Lucite Siren is a ECN-2400
