Shawnee County 5-21 Siren Test (Video Included)

Well, today i stepped outside for the weekly siren test, but when the sirens went off, i never heard the Model 5 fire up! All i heard was the 2 2001s and 1 Thunderbolt that i usually hear along with the Model 5. Here is the link to the video..

Does anybody know the siren that First starts up? Here is a map of the possibilities:
