In Southcentral Kansas there lies a town named Harper. Well, they have some odd sirens.
This first one looks like a soundmaster, i think. But the horns are kind of wierd.

The only other siren I've found in town is a STL or STH 10.

Thats not a siren.
But it is! Everything is a siren if you imagine it as such.

In actuality, its a roof vent. We all get swindled by those at some point in time.
