There are a few active ones in Oregon... one is in Lincoln city and another is in Ophir.
Own and love a Thunderbolt 1000 and a Model 5.

IIRC, Lineville, AL has one.
Collector of railroad crossing equipment, traffic lights, and fans.

There is one located in Wiscasset, ME.
Coordinates: 44°00'07.5"N 69°39'57.8"W

There is also one located inside of The Alfred Village Museum, which used to be a firehouse.

The one in Wiscasset is an STH-10. But I did know about the Alfred one, think I've seen a pic of it before.
