Awhile ago, I told you guys about the Federal 2001 in Circleville, Westmoreland County, Pa that does not rotate... instead stops at what apears to be the compass points. Alot of people said that the siren was broken, the rotator is screwed up or "2001's don't do that"... here is the video of the Circleville 2001 doing it's thing.
