The other alarms in the background sound pretty interesting.

ACA Cyclones in Saudi Arabia.. unsurprising since ASC mentioned that Cyclones have been shipped overseas. I wonder in what other places of the world Cyclones can be found.
I love Yamaha Music Sirens.

I found this article a few weeks back dated January 22, 1991. It was talking about Saudi buying sirens from ACA. This was a little quote from the article. "The Saudi officials placed a rush order for 100 more "Laser 6000" sirens." I have to guess that those "Laser 6000" sirens were ACA Alertronic 6000. So the other sirens in that video could possibly be the Alertronics. Saudi already had 88 ACA sirens in the country, including 7 sirens at a US military base in Dharan, and 24 sirens in the capital of Riyadh (Most likely the Cyclones). Here is the article. https://news.google.com/newspapers?nid= ... 5497&hl=en

Listening to the wind up on the Cyclone I'm starting to wonder if that siren had a damper or something. The initial wind up on it was nonexistent. If those are Alertronics they sound like they are on analog controllers with the peak pitches being off slightly similar to older Whelens and EOWS sirens.

Interestingly, Saudi Arabia is on a 60 Hz. system.

I would have to agree, even the wind down cuts off too. We have heard that the Cyclone was offered with a damper, so maybe these really are.

I think we've ruled out those aren't actual ACA made Cyclones.

I think I hear an STH or some similar 12 port mechanical siren in the mix, at the beginning of the video.
