Do they have ATIs? The siren at 0:25 has the infamous ATI squeal.

According to this forum a few years ago it is an ATI...what model it is i have no clue.
Also its mentioned a thunderbolt had a broken rotator, as you can hear one of them sounds like it stays at a
constant tone and doesn't seem to sound like its rotating.
