Yup, or rather he was. The user has been permanently banned for evading his original banishment on several different accounts.

Now that he has been banned: Knew it was him right away because I knew the kid... I know I pointed him out a couple of times... And I hate being a rat... But he did do things that were against the rules... Since this situation has happened could I ask a simple "was it bad of me to rat him out like that?"
