Weird. Rochelle only has 3 2T22s, 3 10Vs, and 1 Sterling M-10.

According to somebody on facebook who is in the area the P-15 is a refurb that replaced a Thunderbolt several years ago. One of the videos says it was filmed at hillcrest in Rochelle. This Siren is located in Hillcrest near the watertower.

Good call, I didn't even notice the rotation of the siren until you pointed that out. I just assumed it was a 10V because I looked up all the sirens in the surrounding areas and they were 10Vs, 3T22s, the Sterling M5, and a Model 2 or 5 scattered in the smaller towns. Wonder where the P15 is?

This video has some great ambiance and a great view of the tornado forming. You can hear the P15 clearly and at 10:40, you can hear a 10V windup.

I can confirm it's a P-15.
View from above clearly shows it. It almost looks like the siren still has the blower mounted next to the pole.

Here are all the sirens I've found the Rochelle area. There are actually 4 2T22s in Rochelle, then 3 10Vs, and the M-10. Hillcrest has the P-15 and also a T-121 on the north side of town which I could not hear in the videos.
