That sound in the video IIRC, is just the classic (and also overused) siren sound effect.

I figured as such, the way the sound was sounded like the siren was edited in.

If coming up empty in media search try seeking out elders that lived back in that time. I've learned over the years the elderly love to sit down and talk history. The elderly are a very good source for seeking knowledge and wisdom.

Ikr, the elderly are such good sources of history. Just be aware of how the location of a now-removed siren in their memories can be whisked away by Alzheimer's.

I second this. A lot of elders I have talked to are why I know about DeKalb County, Georgia's old Thunderbolt system and Atlanta's old siren system.
