Are you sure? For me at least the upload a file section is immediately below the posting form editor, where there is a button to select a local file and field to comment.

If you still don't see it, possibly one of the administrators or moderators has disabled a forum feature for your account.

If that doesn't work, you can try using a host and embed BBCode in to your post. There are a lot of free solutions to this, such as Flickr and Photobucket.

I see it, it just keeps saying “Upload in progress.”

That's normal, unless it's taking too long. In that case then, it could be what device you're using, I think...

Connection perhaps? I'm not sure if it's the device now; I'm using my 5s right now.

The last time I was able to upload pictures was when I went on my siren hunt.

Are the notifications at the top going to be fixed? I liked how the PM icon would turn yellow if you got a new message.

Fix, it's not broken.

You might as well get used to it because subsilver2 is soon to be out of support and prosilver will take over. Prosilver does notifications in the same way as this does.
My knowledge excels on the Federal Thunderbolt siren and SiraTone EOWS sirens. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Actually that would not be a hard thing to edit. He's referring to Image

Oh my bad, but still what I said should be acknowledged subsilver2 is reaching the end.
