All this nonsense about wasps and not one of you noticed the gear reducer of a completely different type....
Oh well......
Well yea of course it's different. Everything about that little bugger is a bit different. Lol and the term "bugger" really fits that one. Lol you get stung in the elbow by one of those little... Uhh... I am not sure if I can say that on here... and I am sure you would have said something about them as well man.

I also noticed the different gearbox.

But no, the wasps are more important and the very focus of this thread. Please, continue the oh-so useful conversation about the wasps because I love reading it, and that's why I come to the Siren Board.

Seems as of late that it's become "The Off-Topic Wasp Board" instead of the siren board. Even I am starting to find it difficult to see a point in checking the board everyday for anything interesting here lately...

"Oh, well yeah I guess that gearbox is a little neat and different. But let's talk about the different types of flying, stinging asinine insects that can potentially kill someone that's allergic to their venom! YEAH, THAT SOUNDS LIKE A GREAT IDEA."

Because that's really going to help the problem. Yet another quality contribution.

Seriously, the amount of topics here that end up on wild tangents has been ridiculously high lately. Luckily, most of it can be traced to certain users.

Ok...ok...ok... I've been quiet hoping this would right itself but now I've had it. I would expect more respect and maturity out of some users on this board who should be guiding the other members instead of just continuing the issues. I guess i'll close this thread since its completely derailed with pictures and other crap that has nothing to do with the original topic.

Some users should probably be on the lookout for warnings or repercussions since some can't get the picture.

This will probably be locked soon.

Yes, I feel getting back on track is what is needed especially after that whole wasp conundrum. I do apologize for any action I took in the derailing.

To get back on track, Since these two sirens (The Allertor and Gridfaced 1000) were taken down, what all remains in Fort Worth as far as the old siren system is concerned?

Will the jailbar Thunderbolt be included as part of the Upson County project?

Nope, The Jailbar is staying here in Texas with me and is being kept for my own personal project. The allertor will be reinstalled one day.
