Can Anyone ID This Horn?

Sat Apr 12, 2014 6:18 pm

I've already posted this message, but on the wrong forum.

I recently found this horn on the internet, and I'd like to know if anyone has seen this before, and can give me any information on it.

I've already e-mailed the seller, so I may be getting more info soon.

That ID tag on the side of it will likely answer this question. If you bought it, read it when it gets there. If you didn't, request a picture of the tag.

That is a resonator horn with a curled trumpet to save space. These are the "buzzers" you typically hear at basketball games.

Yep, definitely a resonator. Look up "Federal Signal 55" on Youtube to find videos of horns like this.
