It is a Sinker-Davis horizontal two chime, actually.

Hmmm. I thought I heard three. Might have been the screech of one chime changing tones once it hit its frequency.

Great video! The horizontal whistle at 9:05 is the same type as the one on the paper mill. The town of McCloud, California, has one of these at the museum. It was originally at the mill and was connected to their old Gamewell box alarm system before the VFD replaced it with air horns and a Little Giant.

Here is a video of the whistle I built with an engineer from the Durango to Silverton narrow gauge railroad. It is the same proportions as the whistles used on the Union Pacific 4-8-8-4 Big Boy locomotives but smaller dimensions. I do have one that is an exact replica but I don't have it hooked up.
This is running off of 125 PSI with the valve in another room of the shop.
