Erick without the housing is my guess. There aren't many sirens with such tall, narrow stators.

Taking a shot here, it looks like a Thunderbeam, but missing its cage and deflector.

Definitely not. The Thunderbeam(which I own the chopper and stator to 1) is NOT the same as this one at all.

I found this in Douglas, NE. I'm thinking that it is a Darley Champion missing part of it's shroud, but I'm not sure.

It looks like a Model 2 with no bottom part. But I am not too familiar with Darley.
