Jailbar Thunderbolt in Reading, PA Back in Service

So I recently found these, and I while I was doing this, my purpose was to find Bumblebolts, and as I can see in the picture, I can see outlines of where the stripes would've been at...
When I found these I was completely shocked, They show the RCMs, panels, and everything!!!

Wow this one has a jailbar? I thought it was a later 6MC Thunderbolt.

That one in Warren interests me, it appears it is still active as it has moved in different Google Streetview times

When is that siren tested? I would like to go and record the siren.

If I recall, I think they said they rarely test it and will only use it for public events or something of the sort.

Public events, yes. And I think the tests are random and at the order of the Mayor.

I remember hearing somewhere the mayor wanted to sound it every September 11th in memory of what happened that day.
