Looks like an HOR. If that motor really does run at the rated 3450 RPM, that thing would be insanely high pitched. Could you do a drill or leaf blower wind up or something and take a video?

Thanks for the comments, it will take on a different look once both covers are installed. The motor name plate shows the RPM @ 3600
